Yoga for Beginners

Yoga meaning to connect to an exercise in psychological cultivation of poses and practice that aspires you towards balancing your body, brain and spirit to be one with the world.

Basic types of  yoga poses are helpful for those who wish to start yoga. Beginners should stay away from doing yoga by their own for the 1st time, starting yoga asanas under the supervision of yoga teacher.

Inhalation is the most essential thing to perform in yoga particularly when holding one self throughout the posture. It is essential to inhale all the way through the nose into the stomach. Dirga or Ujjayi pranayama form of inhalation is use during yoga.

A basic yoga session for beginners goes like:

Ten - fifteen minutes of warm-up workout prepare the body to extend, open your shoulder muscle, back, hips and lower back.

For Standing asanas warm-up workout is must. They help in position of the foot and stretch your legs, hip and giving power to the back. The standing asanas(yoga poses) too assist in weight loss, develop digestion and raise blood circulation.

Standing asanas like: Buddha Konasana( Easy Pose) , Suk asana semi Lord of the fish Pose , Ardha- Masyendrasana Head to knees Pose , Janu -Sirsanana .Yoga for Beginners

Seated asanas starts after standing asanas. . They assist in decisive the buttocks, leg and add power and elasticity to the back. Simple seated asanas: Extended Side position Pose - Utthita -Parsvakonasana, Mountain Pose - Tad asana

Twisted pose help get clear of stress in the backbone, ease the backache and build the shoulder flexible. Twisted asanas also develop blood flow and nutrients .

Supine asanas remove tensions in the stomach and develop the movement of the back, give strength to the rear, arm and legs and lessening the damage from the hips, groins. simple supine asanas are: kid Pose - Bal asana stiff Pose ,Shav asana -Goddess Pose , Sputa Buddha asana .

Balance asanas grow coordination, boost endurance and force, and enhance elegance and self-assurance. They also raise the powers of attentiveness, as it most essential to keep silence while doing these kind of asanas.
