Information on cooking
One might want to learn cooking for various reasons (http://www.tca.edu/). It may be to impress a boy friend or a girl friend, or it might be because you want to surprise your friends with a fantastically cooked meal. As it is for everything there is always room for learning new skills.
For cooking at home a tandoor will not be really convenient so the best option is to use the barbeque or oven for the meat dishes. Even in times of hot weather using an oven or cooking on a stove would mean adding to the already sweltering heat. At times like these you can use a slow cooker as an option.
For cooking meat there is no competition for sauce made from the meat trimmings and bones of the meat itself.
You should take time out to heat the pans; it would make cooking a lot more easier and give you better returns on the investment that you have made in terms of effort.
You should try and combine complimentary foods. Here one ingredient would bring out the flavor of another and would add a zing to your dish. Cooking in the tandoori style would enhance the taste of the cooking and would be a novel way to try. These are a few pointers or tips among the million others for cooking that one perfect meal.
